About Us
Dr. Ying Wang
Dr Ying Wang, Managing Director has over 2 decades worth of experience in practicing acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine in both China and UK.
He has studied both Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, before working in the Acupunture Department of Jinan City Chinese Medical Hospital for 10 years. During his time at the City Hospital of Chinse Medicine, he published serveral articles on the National Medical Journal of China as well as the provincial Medical Journal of Qilu. In addition, in 2001 he was nominated as one of the top ten young doctors in Jinan.
He has worked in the UK since 2003 and is a full member of the Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the largest body representing TCM practitioners in the UK. He specialises in a variety painful conditions and chronic problems.
Our History
Dr Ying Chinese Medical Centre has been serving the local community since opening in Lowestoft High Street in 2003, and we celebrated our 10th birthday two years ago in 2013.
During the past decade we have treated well over 2000 individual patients, and have established a reputation of excellence in our treatments as well as customer care; this is demonstrated by our many clients from outside the local area, including individuals from London, Norwich, Edinburgh and even overseas.
